Account Information/Updates

You will receive a welcome email from Club Shopper. Follow the prompts in the email or go to the Club Shopper website. Select First Time Log-in and choose your own password.

To change your account information, login to your account, select ‘My Profile’ at the top of the page and make changes as required. Once all of the changes have been made, please click Update Profile to ensure the changes are saved.

To reset your password, click on ‘lost password’ on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

You can opt out or unsubscribe from receiving Club Shopper emails by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant Club Shopper email.

Access and Benefits

Yes. You have access to Club Shopper benefits only if your details have been provided to us from your participating organisation with your consent.

You will have access to Club Shopper for as long as you are a member with your participating club or charity.

Yes. You can access the site from anywhere with internet access. Please note the website is optimised for viewing on the latest internet browser versions such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 9.0 and above.

The Club Shopper updates and Hot Offers will be sent to subscribers regularly and feature special offers for you to enjoy.

Shopping

To make a purchase online, on the Shop web page, select the Supplier you would like to shop at. Depending on the supplier, you may need to enter your details again or register to create an account. This will enable us to track your purchases. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, select the item and simply add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, select checkout and then follow the directions.

On your bank / credit card statement the purchases will appear under each individual Suppliers details

You can track your purchase directly with the supplier and the details they may have provided you when you completed your purchase or you are welcome to contact Club Shopper and we can chase it up for you.
